This is the best company I have ever worked for. My work is valued, I'm rewarded and treated extremely well and coming to work everyday brings me joy. I feel very lucky to work in this company.

Stable base salary meaning I have good cash flow every month

They give me vision but at the same time recognize my hard work.

Everyone is smart and creates action plans quickly. We get so much done together!

The company is growing and I can see my direct contribution which excites me.

Everyone is switched on and has great ideas. No idea is a silly idea and we are all respected.

They ask for feedback, take comments into consideration, take steps to create change and report back to everyone on their progress.

I am valued. Leadership make an effort to let me know this which in turn makes me want to work more!

I feel empowered to make changes when I see them. It's OK to try something and fail because you learn something new.

The fast pace of work is so fulfilling. I feel like I can achieve so much in a short amount of time.

I love the Uber credit. I can use it on both Uber Eats and Taxi services which not only gives me the service at a discount, it encourages me to use the platform too.
