I am so happy that I joined Uber. Amazing and such a collaborative colleague, very challenging work that I can tackle but also take days off anytime I want to, hence I have a great balance of work and personal life

Always doing something new! Never ever bored

Empathy, and really care about their staff's growth as well as well being (WLB)
What are some of the best things about your team?
Very talented members (literally everyone in the team), strong team work value, always help each other
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I see some teams or department are paid above market average or tech market average however some department outside of Sales and operations are under the market average
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
everyone is very passionate about what they do which is really inspiring, loves the international culture (many companies in Japan has some toxic hierarchy culture where you need to act in a certain way if you are junior, cannot take holidays, cannot be outspoken etc) none of that exist at Uber
