I think the work environment is friendly, it has a positive vibe to it and that makes me feel comfortable.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think given my prior work experience and the state that I am currently working from, I feel that it should have been a bit higher.
What makes you most happy at work?
My role is unique in a good way, I get to work a-lot with the senior leadership/teams and I enjoy it because it provides a great learning opportunity.
