Uber has opened up my experience and opportunities in ways I would have never imagined. The company has transformed immensely since I joined years ago. I'm excited to see where it goes next. Beautiful office, friendly staff, great food.

Smart, willing to work together, willing to understand and listen.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate the relative transparency I feel like we receive from the team, though some members a little more so than others. I feel like they are 'real people' and easily approachable.
What makes you most happy at work?
Interacting with co workers, office environment. Not having to think about trivial things like what I'm going to make/eat for lunch, it's right there so I can focus on other tasks.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Promotions are still too subjective, team is so spread out and working on different objective, no one really knows what others do. Similar function at other companies are compensated more with less responsibilities.
