Equity. I used to work for an established "employee owned" organisation but I was never actually given any stocks. At Uber, I actually get given stock options.

Their honesty - no one wants to be treated like a child when they aren't one. When the business leaders need to make tough decisions, they are honest about the implications and the cost-benefit analysis of them
