What do you like best about the leadership team?
The company leadership is very focused on making sure the company is profitable. That is their only goal, to ensure that the investors receive the best return.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have sent my job description to a friend at a consulting firm and I am underpaid about $15k off the bat for entry level. With my experience, that brings me to being underpaid by about $24k.
