We are very supportive of each other. Our team loves to be creative and to try different things out to move the needle.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They hear out the employees' concerns. They also provide us with additional context on large-scale decisions and changes that we make. They also don't dodge tough questions.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We have phenomenal insurance. As a Type 1 diabetic, I have medicine that I have to pay for each month. I'm able to comfortably do that and to stay on top of my doctor bills.
