Uber is the best company I've worked at. I've had many great opportunities to advance my career and achieve my goals in this place. My job is very enjoyable, however, we do have a heavy workload, but it's something I'm willing to accept in return for all the great things that I've obtained from Uber
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Meals at the office, monthly Uber Credits and PTO days.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Almost all members of the Leadership Team are invested in Uber's goals while following our cultural values. Likewise, the tone at the top has always been cascaded efficiently to the rest of the organization.
What makes you most happy at work?
In my Team, every day we face a new challenge, which is something that most lawyers are not able to experience, there's no way we could ever get bored. My colleagues and executives at Legal are also very easygoing and direct, which I appreciate.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Cultural values were a big change from previous internal policies. Legal in Latam tries to follow the principles whenever possible. The relaxed environment among both peers and executives has always been a plus at Uber. This in turn, makes it easier to work and execute projects among stakeholders.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My Team goes above and beyond of most expectations. We are business oriented and have gone to great lengths to help the company achieve our goals. We work very closely with most areas at Uber, so we've got enviable empirical knowledge of Uber things that not many have the opportunity to obtain.
