People take the time to get to know you and your interests outside of work. Hard work is acknowledged by everyone, including leadership.

You can tell that they really look for culture fits while hiring. Everyone works really hard and is a great teammate -- always ready to help and lend a hand whenever they can.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They take the time to check in with us often on our workload, how we're feeling, etc. We also have very clear goals set, which makes it easier for all of us to have an understanding of what we are working towards.
