It's a very good pay and all the benefits allow me to have a work life balance, so I don't need to worry about my life quality

The diversity across all Uber, being able to share your thoughts and experiences and being accepted from the beginning, learn from the more experienced people and continue growing with Uber
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is used across all Uber, so it's amazing to see all my teammates work together to achieve the best for Uber and that the job they do is the best, the organization is great as well as the diversity of the team.
What makes you most happy at work?
It's a safe place, I can have breakfast and lunch with my team and friends. The chairs are comfortable and I can take a break at the break rooms or go to the gym in the mornings, it's amazing. I also come by shuttle so I don't have to worry about the transportation at all.
