This company is a disaster, they dont know how to treat their hard working interns, they got all their work done before time by me, and when they didnt need me anymore they said we dont have space left, but then they go on and hire other interns. This year they gave ppo to only 30% people, dont go

Everything is wrong here! They are just not grateful to you for the work you do, they want people who can slog all day sitting at one place and doing the same work I would do in 2 hours
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They get their work done and then they don't give ppo, and then hire new people too but will say they don't have space. I did everything they asked for, even before time!!!!!! I don't know what more i could have done
