Flat hierarchy. It is easy to enforce this my measurable metrics (eg. same desks for all / calling people by name) but the fact that all employees actually treat each other with due respect and value each other's opinions irrespective of seniority by experience is quite fantastic.
The fact that my opinions about implementing features were heard and adequate time and effort was put in by stake holders with much more experience than me. The fact that opinions are not dismissed just on the basis of experience was the best part about the leadership team, in my opinion.
