We are mission-driven, and people who work at Uber are incredibly passionate about the impact we make. This keeps us working very hard, and keeps us motivated and positive.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team is incredibly committed to doing the right thing, and I really respect them for not only embodying this value, but for spreading it through the rest of the company.
