What do you like best about the leadership team?

great support, they always fills any doubt or gap that I may encounter, and they feel like family to me.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

It feels like gathering with friends or coming home with a big family with many siblings. I know it sound cheesy but that's the way I really feel ;)

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Never found a place paying for your well being. And that little detail to some, huge for me since I came from retail... is what separate a human being with selling machines.

What makes you most happy at work?

The face of some when they're ready to start, the grateful expression on others when their account is activated, and the hope when they can put food on their table thanks to Uber

What did you like most about the interview process?

As said before it was difficult, but no interview is an easy one. Difference is... they dissolved every uncomfortable feeling I could have from the beginning and it felt more like people curious about me.

What are some of the best things about your team?

I find everyone on the team so sure of their role and so relaxed and calm against pressure that I really enjoy coming to work and I'm eager to feel the same already. I've just started a month ago.
