Its the worst job ever. I have never hated going to work until now.
What did you like most about the interview process?
We dont interview. We just work.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everything. Drivers are losing homes, cars, lives. Worst company I have ever seen.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Everything. Pay needs to go back to how it was as well as things we used to have.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I am abused daily. I sit in my car in pain, go home crying daily. I cant pay my bills. Most of us are disabled and its our only job.
