I feel proud to work at Uber! While the Executive Leadership Team is strong, there are opportunities to improve management at lower levels. I love that I work alongside young folks, but it's also challenging, especially as Uber promotes top performers, but doesn't help them effectively manage others

What do you like best about the leadership team?
For the most part, they're as transparent as they can be. It's also very clear that they're thoughtful in their approach to solving company-wide challenges.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all have a professional working relationship so we're able to partner to get things done, but above all, we're friends. It's not uncommon to find yourself having used the first 10-15 minutes of a meeting just to catch up.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Autonomy and the access/visibility I have to leadership. Also, as a young professional, there are tons of opportunities to stand out and take on work that would typically be reserved for more senior folks -- it makes for great learning opportunities.
