What makes you most happy at work?

Articulating new ideas, seeking collaboration, investing in new interna technology, working with bright, engaged and inspiring individuals

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Mostly Visible at least on all hands. Dara is most in emails and all hands, Nikki is second most visible and a strong leader. Rarely hear from Nelson, and not enough from Bo.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Potential. While it has been slow on some respects, I think the long term opportunities outweigh the current slowdowns or hindrances. I do have VERY smart people to work with and find ways to however possible.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Ego and "positioning" plays too large a part in so many of our conversations. Hierarchy gets in the way of clear and honest discussion, and often ideas are represented by others as theirs instead of acknowledging the work of original ideators and teams. I still see gender bias across roles.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I do multiple jobs that were not part of my initial offering, and often at a level higher than myself. I know this has been a tough fiscal year, but I don't get direct and transparent discussion around my comp gains. Especially in light of a weaker than expected stock portfolio. could be better.
