We're told we can reach to 2x of our bonus and I've never seen anyone reaching that amount. It feels unfair as I put a lot of effort. Benefits in US compared to what LATAM has, are terrible (I.E. christmas/vacation bonuses, grocery tickets, PTU, extra $ for WFH, etc.) We work way too much hours.
