Our comp packages are very competitive. Competitive with base pay + bonus and competitive with bonus and perks.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
You're truly a team. Everyone is each other's biggest fan whether you're a senior leader or in an entry-level job. We root for each other's wins and we pick each other when we fall.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Never have I worked for a company where the leaders are as transparent as they possibly can be with change, updates, news, etc. After 2020, our leaders stepped up to make sure all of us we're in the loop at all times. True leadership right there!
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is hands down just the absolute best. We're not only a team, we're a family. We are there for every big life moment, we are there to pick each other up when things get tough and we are there to celebrate each and every win. We are more than just a "team".
