Really great! I've been here for almost 5.5 years and I don't want to go anywhere. Are there things I don't like about it? Sure. That'll happen anywhere. But I have it really good here.

How nice most people are and are genuinely willing to help.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Really smart people. They want to do their best and they're invested in what we do. And they're really nice people who care!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think I'm paid well for what I do. I like the RSU component to the bonus as well. I think we have fantastic benefits, especially health and PTO and that is really important to me.
What makes you most happy at work?
On the last question, don't ask people if they're "excited" to go to work each day. That's a bad question. Even if I like my job which I usually do am I excited? No. But what makes me happy at my job is interacting with candidates who are really excited to work here.
