I joined Uber in 2018 when it was the height of the Grab-Uber merger, and Uber has announced exiting it's Rides operations in South East Asia. There were lots of question marks around the stability of the company back then, but I made a leap of faith to join. Been here for >2 yrs and so far so good!

What do you like best about the leadership team?
for our local leadership team, I can feel that they are very supportive. They listen to suggestions and recommendations; there was a sense of openness.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think it's the people that you work with. Personally, I don't mind the heavy workload as I have been in other companies where it was equally as fast-paced, but I think what I like most is that the people I work with are extremely professional.
