I believe I could be making a little more relative to other tech companies out there.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We're all collaborative and look out for each other's well-being. It has been tough to not see them in person this year.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I believe they are trying their best especially during these times. I understand it's hard to make the decisions they've made so far, but they definitely have shown empathy the last year.
