Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think Uber is going a fantastic job of ensuring pay equity and fairness. Although external candidates, by law, have to be given access to comp bands, it's not required for internal employees - One suggestion would be to have more pay transparency internally.
