Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
It's been a great experience overall. I really enjoy the positive "we can do this" attitude, exemplified by the "Go get it" cultural value. I've had a mixed bag of managers in my time, though. I would say my managers don't push or coach me at all. Sometimes our overall vision is nonexistent.

There is a strong cultural aspect of "let's get this done." I haven't seen a lot of loafing around. People want to accomplish things.
