Being paid a fair salary to the city I live in which allows me to live a comfortable life.

Getting to interact with people from different places, and cultures. And learn different things about them and about life/world.

Working in a company that has such relevance to the world, being surrounded by so many smart people, and getting to learn from them.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Healthcare plan for sure. I recently had an injury, and I feel so thankful for having such a great healthcare plan. I'm getting all the care I need, without spending a penny.

My team is super nice and always willing to help. And I love the fact that I'm part of a global team in which I interact with people from different parts of the world.

I'm happy about doing something that I love, that I can see the impact of my work on a daily basis and in the team's all hands, knowing that I contribute somehow to Uber's main goals.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The willingness to help is always there. People are open and nice and it's great to see how far can I go at Uber, in terms of growth and development considering all the opportunities we have here.
