They listen to everyone in the company - no matter if you're an intern or a director: you have a voice.

Every team at Uber is diverse in so many different ways. I enjoy seeing everyone every day - they give me a huge amount of joy!

Constant process improvement and having fun - my current and past colleagues are not just work friends - they are some of the most important relationships I have in my life!
