The openness and transparency of the company, the people, and the work we are doing to help the real-world with transportation issues, access to food, groceries, medicine, etc.
What makes you most happy at work?
Meeting candidates who are excited about Uber and have dreamt about working here for their entire career, being able to advocate from candidates, and finding diverse candidates who we typically wouldn't find.
