What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Allow the trainmen to do thier jobs with a sense of security, keep two man crews at all times and pay the trainmen a cost of living increase that is equal to todays times.

Not worrying about satisfying their shareholders by lining their pockets and worry more about the workers and provide the equipment they need. The company says they care about safety and we can't even get what we need. The company puts out rules that targets employees.

We care about our craft, we get the jhob done, we protect one another, we work together and always help one another out.

The company needs to start practicing what they preach and take care of the worker and actually ask and listen to what we have to say to improve instead of making videos and telling us how they care when in reality they don't. Get out from behind the desk and go into the field and talk to the us.
