They are very knowledgeable on the fin-tech domain and what the long term vision for the company should be, but also listening carefully to tech recommendations. I personally find there is a good balance between tech and product priorities, which, for software engineers, is something we value a lot!

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Base salary is good, and regular salary adjustments are made instead of the classic yearly review schedule.

Great compensation (above the market in my opinion), and good insurance. PS: being rewarded for exercising is also quite nice

What are some of the best things about your team?
Greatly skilled technical team, communication is good, always keeping up to date with the latest tech stacks and always pushing to make things better.

I feel people here are great engineers, experienced, knowledgeable, which is my top priority when choosing a company. The company's mindset is really positive and solution oriented, you do your best and if some problem arise you work to find a solution, no time nor energy wasted on pointing fingers

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
No crazy pressure to deliver projects, leadership team is understanding of the work family balance that needs to happen, especially with COVID.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Technical interviews were more goodwill discussions, similar to what you would have in an actual team when trying to solve a problem together. They do all they can to make you comfortable and able to show your best

During the interview process i got to speak with 5 different people doing different roles. Each of these guys took the time to talk to me, to get to know me. After each meeting i got the sense that I really wanted to work with them. I asked hard questions, and they gave honest answers.
