We have a great team. Our Supervisor is new to the organization and seems to be unengaged with our team.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The employees are human and lives to its organization's values. I am fairly new to the company but I have seen how positive the culture is because I have seen that everyone is genuinely happy that they work for Visionworks! Everyone is equipped, willing and genuine!

I love the culture of Be Simple. Be Bold. Be Human. I think that is what drew me to the company. It's a simple, but those three things are a daily reminder that if we follow those three rules, we will be surrounded by good people doing good things.

The work load and stress level for many teams is very high, and some people are unsure of where they will fit into the organization's future.

What did you like most about the interview process?
It is highly interactive and personable. I was able to meet the people and leaders that I will be working with. The structure of the questions does not feel restricted which gives you freedom to be yourself while learning about the people and the company.
