Understand that the employees at the store level deal with all the issues that happen behind the scenes and we're the ones that are dealing with upset patients. Having the company show us the appreciation by allowing us to showcase support for our teams e.g. having the company provide lunch etc

I would love to answer this yes but we have too many competing priorities that force us to have too much noise in the system. I believe this is only temporary due to the company turnaround but it’s frustrating with all of the priories at once. It’s hard to deliver a consistent message to stores.
