Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe even part-time employees should qualify for benefits especially since everyone must have insurance all year round. And paid time off for sick days and vacations would be appreciated but the employee has to earn the PTO based on the amount of hours they work.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Monthly meetings so everyone is on the same page, they celebrate nurses appreciation week and everyone is extremely kind.

We have employees from ALL walks of life and different backgrounds. Each employee brings unique qualities to our company. It's never boring.
