My leadership team is accessible and they support me unequivocally. When I need their presence, they are there; when I need guidance, they give advice; when I need someone to stand with me in front of the firing squad, they push me behind them and take the shots for me. That is PRICELESS to me.

VOX says, the employees first, and I think it clearly shows on the pay package. A lots of companies used to saying this, however, the employee knows how much they are first. But in VOX when Scott our CEO saying the employee first, it clearly show on the compensation package he is approving for us.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Basic health benefits offering that make it only affordable for the employee, limited profit sharing, and no 401K matching.

What did you like most about the interview process?
I really liked the questions I was asked. And when I interviewed for one position they actually asked if I would be interested in another position. So I interviewed for both and I thought that was cool. They learned about me and thought I would be good for other things to help the company.

Currently, I am very busy and feeling like I'm always behind the 8-ball. There is just a lot of work and not enough hours in the day. I think it will even out over time.

Rapid Growth for 12 years has allowed us to forget the importance of communicating properly. A work force of Telecommuters needs to have steady communication with team leaders and other departments.

Nothing's wrong except the work load. People do need time to do other things in their lives besides work. Also, even AT work, people need time to learn new things and not be booked up solid all of the time.
