Stock continues to be awarded at valuations higher than in the stock market

There are a lot of perks (ie food, drinks) and a young company culture that encourages workers to interact, have fun and learn more about other things

Demotivated people, many stay only for money. Ideas are not shared. People feel unappreciated. -> Listen to people, let them implements the ideas in form of experiments. This may lead to significant improvements that would benefit everyone. Give purpose and a direction.
