The leadership team has an open door policy, they are easy to communicate with when you have questions or want to collaborate on projects. The team is enthusiastic and down to earth. The environment is friendly and welcoming.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is energetic to see the company's progress towards the turnkey solutions. There are meetings weekly where we get a progress report on the company and have an open forum to ask any questions with the executive team . The environment is welcoming, inviting and focused on the task ahead.

Getting to learn more about the aspects of my work and dive deeper into the data to see how the company is performing. Learning from my boss about how to build my modeling skills and how to slice up data to arrive at a hypothesis for different adhoc analysis we do for experiments ran on the site.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Prioritization and clarity about strategy. Activity is not the same as progress. To improve here, there needs to be clarity on Wish's unique value proposition and the strategy to get there. Each manager needs to filter out work their team is doing that doesn't support that strategy.
