Understand that "going to the cloud" does not make everything better or save money. Also, realize that large number of employees feeling a department is a red flag

Leadership should ensure that existing staff are being paid as well as the rates on new job postings and that movement and roles are clear. They also should stop giving jobs to people they know without giving the opportunity to others internally for the roles. Look at your existing people.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Changing 401k match to only be paid at end of the year hurts employees retirement fund by reducing any compounded gains that would be accrued throughout the year. Not only that, if an employee is not with the company at end of year, they get no 401k match thus negating any benefit.

While WFS did a lot early in the pandemic to retain employees, we don't seem to be keeping up with the economic changes. Raise pool was low considering lack of raises last year and retention issues.

As per earlier comment - if there was a clear Business Strategy that all BU's aligned too there would be better alignment and less friction due to everyone having different priorities. Also some long-term incumbent staff are lazy leaving other employees to pick up slack, Greater accountability!

Investment in resource and tools to do our job better. Stop attempting to deliver Enterprise-grade work without the Enterprise investment in people and resources. Staff are overworked. Hire genuine/trustworthy senior leaders who show more empathy and less self-interest.

Managers/leadership that micromanages and fail to understand the basic concepts of what day-to-day work is occurring in the team. Constant change of priorities means nothing gets finished. Managers that ask the same question 5,6,7 times in a row and still don't listen to the answer

Leadership (direct manager, VP) do not listen to the employees that have vastly great knowledge when it comes to managing systems and software. Instead, they make decisions for the entire group/company based on an irrational idea and don't ask those that know about the issues if its a good idea.
