Strong health benefits. Overall competitive with larger companies. Need to add tuition reimbursement and improve leave pay.

I believe that my pay is fair however we have a long way to go to compete with other companies around our benefits. At some point, I hope to see a 401k (maybe with a match?!), a vacation policy on par with other tech companies, covering phone/wifi, etc.

I come from a different field (software dev and db admin) so I'm used to making more $ for far less effort/stress. I stress way more about getting to "production" than focusing on the quality of my work and ensuring best practices are followed.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
More required team zoom meetings, even if they're 2 mins long, throughout the day. We aren't working in the office so we need to really take advantage of the tools we have been given. Working behind layers of tech makes the social aspect of work prone to plenty of barriers.

Teamwork only exists in the sense we all need to be focused on increasing revenue. No clear long term plan. People fight for spotlight and the competitiveness to get recognized reduces trust.
