The failure to identify and remove hostile and aggressive lower level managers/supervisors prevent cultivation of talented and innovated personnel who leave for other companies.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to stop being egotistical, rude and demeaning to each other and Zurich's customer base. But, management sets the tone of the environment, and when the philosophy is "bully management," then it becomes survival of the fittest in the office.

High school mentality encouraging individuals to seek out perceived "favorite" statuses by sabotaging peers
