What did you like most about the interview process?
During my interview process, I was impressed by the intelligence, passion and sense of humor each person brought. There was a level of transparency that was refreshing and an excitement about the future that was contagious.

What do you like best about your company?
My favorite thing about Zwift is the people. The passion and commitment is there in every meeting. There is opportunity to do great work and it's an exciting time to be a part of this team.

The company needs to embrace technology and systems that talk to each other. We will only get better faster if we can prove our ROI and make data-driven decisions whenever possible. It will be how we measure our progress and success.
