I'm constantly challenged by the changing landscape of our company. I feel like I'm either really busy, or not busy enough. However, I am very grateful for the opportunities I've had to grow and improve my skills.

The ESPP is very valuable.

The focus on excellence, and having a positive drive forward for everyone.

People are always willing to help answer questions, and dig into something that I'm having trouble with.

I like the open-door policy, and their desire to help employees improve and move up in the company.

I feel like our team genuinely listens to each other, and is good at incorporating other's perspectives in improving our services.

Constantly being confronted with new problems makes my time fulfilling and engaging. It helps me feel that I'm providing a valuable perspective on an issue or solution.

The 401K is a big plus for me. The matching percentage, and my ability to roll-over to another plan really makes it feel like a safe and lucrative investment for me.

When I'm able to provide value to a client, and they see and appreciate the time and effort we save them in attempting to instrument the tool or understand the data without our expertise.

I like that the leadership team is very intentional with being in-tune with our team's outlook. They're constantly encouraging and welcoming feedback, which helps me to not feel like I'm essentially invisible as an employee.

The education. I'm constantly learning new things, and improving my skills. The skills I'm learning will drive my career forward, which gives my work, not only purpose in context of the company, but personal purpose as well.

All of it! I'm most encouraged by the fact that it's fluid, and improves more and more. It reassures me that my work is being noticed, and also that the company has my career and future in mind.

The communication. We are encouraged to collaborate, learn from one another, and provide the best value to the customer. This helps keep me from becoming overwhelmed, and also helps me feel like I'm of help to the team.

I really enjoy our broader relationship. I feel like we are intentional in making people feel like they can talk with and to the broader team if they have something to say, or even if it's just small talk.

I feel like the leadership actively tries to understand my position and viewpoint of my workload. They are very down-to-earth and realistic, but they are also solution-focused and oriented. This improves culture, and also expedites our service and problem resolution.
