Being a huge company with thousands of employees, I still feel that me, as an individual, have an impact on the success for all of us.

That everybody cares about each other, not just related to work.

That I do the job I love with a great team.

They try to do their best to align company and personal goals.

The colleagues in my team. I like them and I feel they like me.

I am fine; maybe it would be beneficial to know which ones are generally available?

Coffee, canteen, fruits. Sounds like basic things, but to be honest, I already value such quite highly.

They always have an open ear for questions and feedback; either help directly or know who could help.

I believe and feel that Dynatrace tries as good as possible to be open for everything that makes a human being special.

That one could feel that the company has trust in you. And that you have an environment where you can focus on your work.

Strengths of individuals have a positive effect on others, all members are helping each other and try to solve issues (or even prevent them to even become a problem)

Being part of it gives me the opportunity to guide others based on my experience. I feel the ones before me do the same, so it goes hand in hand.

Work is close to being half time of ones life. I am very proud and thankful that I have such great people around me. Without them, I would not work at Dynatrace anymore.

My work has a direct and indirect effect on customers, which is extremely satisfying when company success is also given. Overall, feeling that what I do has value for others (within the company, and outside).

For me, this starts already with the spirit of our CTO, as you could still feel that he was once in our shoes. Means, the company tries to make it possible to focus on your job & topics in a comfortable environment worth working.
