Overall my experience has been great. I've had fast growth and worked with great people. After 4 yrs thought, the opportunities for growth are slowing down. Also, the content is not as interesting. At this level, it's hard to find new challenges and new ways to stay engaged.

Space to think - no meetings. As well as making decisions - feeling like we can grow the business and add value to our customers.

Compensation is too low - even after the company has invested time and resources here. The comp is not competitive in the market, both cash and in stock
