Understand the challenge in creating more opportunities in JAPAC. Maybe instead of narrowing down to creating new roles (that comes from other region), could look into hybrid roles to grow into allowing more options for grow (not just the title, but also the knowledge / skill).

Vibe and everyone in APAC are friendly and always thinking the best way to help and support each other as family. When there's issues, most people will step up without needing to ask for help.

Even when we are remote, we lost the sense of physical Culture in office. but we still interact via any technology means (slack and zoom) that we are always excited during calls or chats
