It's turned negative recently due to my issues with my management chain. Overall, I think HubSpot is a brilliant place to work, but it doesn't work out for everyone and this may be the time it's not working out.

Helping someone by automating their boring task. So much joy.

Everyone supports everyone else. There's no one left alone to fail.

True encouragement for DI&B. Despite missteps, it's obvious they're trying, and that's important for progress.

Transparency, knowledge sharing. I don't feel like I'm in the dark when it comes to the C-Suite

Salary, but only because they're very stingy with the stock and with the stock value so high, it's even more limiting.

Finding the small, soul-destroying drudgery that other people have and automating it so that they'll never have to worry about it again.

I take advantage of the unlimited PTO. I usually take about ~4 weeks per year and I never get denied when I say it's happening.

They're approachable, they're human, they're forthright. They approach flat hierarchies right instead of becoming distant gods upon the mountain. I assume a few might even know my name.

The continuous push to encourage people to be their full selves. It might not always work, but it's nice that it's the mantra and every person who's brave enough to work towards bringing their full selves to work by starting a conversation makes me proud.
