What makes you most happy at work?
Getting to be around my coworkers and having fun with production every day to get through a tough 8 hours and feel great by the time i departure.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part about the compensation is that it correlates with the amount of work i'm conducting within my hourly work days. Although i tend to go above and beyond , it's a fair pay.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's very diverse , heart warming environment full of great people who are consistently progressing everyday to make a difference. Just trying to keep that energy going to make sure everyone stays within that satisfaction.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
What I like best about the leadership team is that majority of them stand out when it comes to shedding light on the main focus with production and what our expectations are. I can't necessarily say i see the same from every single one , but the ones I've encountered or come across are amazing !
