I am one of the lowest paid on my team even after nearly 22 years of service. I think instead of just trying to "bring to min" they should do a peer evaluation and make those who are making significantly less up to the average.

I feel as though I should have the same consideration as other part of the organization for equal pay against my peer group, but that those of us within the HR organization are not given the same consideration for peer equity evaluations as other parts of the business.
