You are moved around a lot and it's not by choice. You do not drive your own craeer goals. Management doesn't move you according to your proclaimed career target. You are moved according to budget, so you are an asset in the sense that you represent a portion of a budget.

Some are very helpful, ambitious, and inspirational. Those with the mentor and growth mindset are the best. The rest are still pleasant, but do not have the same level of ambition and dedication to the company goals and customers as they could.

Pay rate is low for the market and area and the job description does not mimic actual job/s being done. The roles are MUCH more complicated than in the JD. JD need to be updated and verified by employees. Job title does not reflect actual role either. Title and JD are obviously dumbed down.
