Peoples first. Company is giving each employee opportunities that some companies dont have like coaching sessions, happy hour etc.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Been with Taskus since 2015 but changes in compensation are very minimal despite of tenurity and load of work.

Provincial rate must be change. Salary here must be the same with the compensation the metro peeps are being received.

There is a huge gap about what we earned here that from the site from the metro. must be eliminate that.

Been 9 years with Taskus but still receiving regular compensation provincial rate. It must be same as the compensation in the Metro.
