Home Depot is a fun place to work! There are a lot of opportunities for growth, the team (in my store) show a great deal of respect and acceptance, the company takes care of their people with food, empowerment, financial gain. I learn something new every day and the customers are great (mostly).

It is based on situations (tell me about a time...) rather than personal attributes (ie strengths and weaknesses). I like that because it gives you an opportunity to show your competency without the awkwardness of trying to be honest but also trying to look good.

We work together, everybody is willing to help, our team is dynamic and diverse. Although we all come from different backgrounds, there is a ton of respect for each other and genuine appreciation. We celebrate together, we learn together, we have each other's backs. The whole team!! The energy!

My team!!! Walking into work, I have a most incredible view of the mountains so walking in is always like, "today's going to be a great day!" The "buzz" walking into the store and seeing happy faces, hearing laughter and positivity. I love busy days and cross clocking different depts. Knowledge!
