The company's heart is in the right place, and that goes a long way. To the extent things aren't perfect, folks are trying really hard to do the best with what they have so there's a lot less to get frustrated or annoyed about compared with other places. It's really a great place to work.

The "core values" are an honest-to-goodness thing - "profitability" being defined as being in it for the long haul, operating with integrity, having fun.. when things like that are reinforced in hiring and in practice, you people get a sense of ownership and care about work being done the right way.
